it is lunchtime. I have an apple and some baby carrots and cottage cheese and happy corn cake things...They are never rice anymore...and pink lemonade. Yay. But I will have to go powder every ten minutes all day, because I let myself have coffee this morning. I also discovered that to "pour boiling water over crystals" definitely does not have the same effect as pouring crystals into boiling water. it made FOAM and wet itself on my bathrobe. Thank Goddess for Shout spray. heh. That's just MORE LAUNDRY to do today. I swear it's going to be three loads, because I changed my sheets too. how ambitious of me. Most people are prly gone home for the long weekend, though, so it should be fairly empty. I hope.

uuh now I am cold and full of food. I am a suck head about playing with the air conditioner. it's suuuch a good thing they don't make us pay our own electricity bill.
